Otter Valley Concrete entrusted TargetBox to create a fully customized 8ft x 20ft mobile site office container, designed to provide a secure and comfortable workspace for job sites across Southwestern Ontario.

Built to handle the daily demands of the concrete construction industry, the container office features 2×4 framing and 2” spray foam urethane insulation for durability and climate control. An entry door with a deadbolt and a large window with security bars offer both accessibility and protection, while smart panel walls and a Trusscore vinyl ceiling give the interior a clean, low-maintenance finish suitable for rugged environments.

The container is fully equipped with an ESA-certified electrical package, including an electrical panel with an exterior junction box, seven outlets, two LED lights, and an exterior light for after-hours visibility. To maintain comfort year-round, the build also includes two in-wall heaters with thermostats and a through-wall air conditioning unit.

Designed to function as a lunchroom, tool storage area, and foreman’s office, this mobile unit provides Otter Valley Concrete with a professional and efficient on-site workspace that supports productivity across its residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.
