Description:

This custom container project features a 20’ new storage container paired with a fully outfitted 20’ office unit, designed to deliver a durable, mobile workspace solution for demanding job sites.

This office container was built for both comfort and functionality, featuring two large windows for natural light, durable Trusscore wall panels, modern pot lights, and vinyl flooring for a clean and professional interior finish. Security was also a priority, with heavy-duty security grills and operating doors installed to protect the space when not in use.

Finished in Matheson Constructors’ corporate blue, the unit was professionally painted and decalled to match company branding. The decals were produced by Signarama Woodstock, helping bring a polished, branded look to the build.

The container is equipped with a complete electrical package including heating and air conditioning, ensuring year-round usability. A generator platform was also incorporated to accommodate a portable generator, allowing the unit to operate even in remote locations without direct power access.

This project is a great example of how shipping containers can be transformed into practical, professional workspaces tailored to the needs of construction and industrial environments.
