Inside, the space is fully framed with 2×4 construction and insulated using 2” spray foam across both walls and ceiling, ensuring year-round climate control.

The interior is finished with clean, durable Trusscore white vinyl wall and ceiling panels, creating a bright, modern workspace that’s easy to maintain.

Additional features include:

• Two enclosed meeting rooms with entry doors
• Large windows for natural light
• Vinyl plank flooring
• Two 8-foot work counters with base cabinetry

The electrical package includes:

• Hydro panel with exterior junction box
• 10 outlets
• LED lighting throughout
• Four in-wall heaters with thermostats
• Two through-wall A/C units
• Exterior lighting

What Is a Container Office and Storage Combo Unit?

A container office/storage combo is a hybrid unit that combines workspace and storage within a single container footprint.

In this project, each 40’ combo unit was divided into:

• A 12’ finished office space
• A 28’ heavy-duty storage area

Office Area Features:

• Fully insulated and climate-controlled
• Finished with Trusscore wall systems and ceiling panels
• Multiple windows and secure steel man doors
• Full electrical package with lighting, outlets, and heating

Storage Area Features:

• Plywood-lined walls and ceiling for durability
• Open layout for tools, materials, and equipment
• Built to handle heavy daily use

This setup allows teams to manage operations and access equipment without leaving the unit, saving time and increasing efficiency.
